"Went in on my lunchbreak for lunch. The girl behind tge counter gave me dirty looks the moment we made eye contact, she said nothing even though I was waiting to be served. An older gentleman was about to be served before me at which point I left. Ive only ever visited 3 times and each time the staff were rude to me. Facial piercings really shouldnt be worn when working in food anyway. Arent there laws against this? The food might be ok here but I wont visit again due to the rudeness of the staff. The correct way to greet me would 've beeb like this Hello, I 'll be with you in just a moment instead the death stare and complete ignorance!"

Was recommended a king Rib and that's what we had with chips. The king rib was absolutely amazing. Staff are amazing too, always so friendly.

Glad to say the standard is back to excellent. Great to have such good fish and chips just a few miles away. Now they use paper bags the batter and chips stay crisp for a short journey.

Always love our food from here- we have a variety of orders from usual fish and chips to veggie and someone who goes for the burger option!! All fresh and delicious and served with a smile.

A great Fish Chip shop with friendly staff I ordered Fish Chips for 16 and it was ready on time to the minute and nicely packed in boxes! They even helped me carry it out to the car! Always polite and friendly. Food is good to perfection. Plenty of chips. Excellent service. Don’t understand negative reviews I’ve been using this shop for 13 years and not once have I had an issue. Perfect food, always hot and freshly done. I’ve nothing negative to say at all. The queues speak for themselves a quiet fish and chip shop is quiet for a reason. 100% recommend

This place used to be absolutely wonderful and we have been regular customers for the last 10 years. Unfortunately the last two times we have visited the fish and chips have been extraordinarily greasy to the point we have not been able to eat them. It is so disappointing as the fish is beautiful but even the paper it was wrapped in left a thick white layer of fat on my worktop. What has happened?????
