This time had lunch on the terrance overlooking the water garden but have aslo dined there in the evening and eaten inside. For the quality of food it is very good value. Ben works on his own in the kitchen and produces incredible food I still amazes me he does it on his own. Sam always provides a warm welcome and makes you feel completely at home like you are old friends. The food is just outstanding, the twice baked souffle to die for."

Absolutely fabulous. Such attentive service. Lovely staff. Food was delicious and the double baked soufflé was incredible. Lovely warm friendly ambiance and Sam and chef Ben were exemplary.

Excellent food with outstanding flavours ! Well worth a visit. Service was very good when the restaurant was quiet, however two staff wasn’t enough to cope with a full restaurant. Despite this we enjoyed the evening.

Our second visit and just as good as the first occasion and outstanding value for money with the fixed price menu. But be careful using Open Table when amending a booking if you don't double check you can find the date has been changed.

We visited on Boxing day for lunch...another fantastic dining experience!!..All the staff very welcoming and friendly. Top marks to chef Ben!!..such a lovely tasty and flavoursome menu. Food always beautifully presented. The prices they charge are very very reasonable and excellent value. Thank you all for providing such a wonderful meal and continued best wishes for 2023
