Had the chicken omelette and had to throw away tasted like the chef had drop a whole pot off salt in it , it made me feel sick , disgusting

We placed our order for Chinese takeout via WhatsApp before the restaurant opened at 5:00pm. The food arrived by 5:20pm and it was one of the best Chinese meals we have ever had.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years. They offer delicious food at reasonable prices. It can get quite crowded, especially on weekends, which is a testament to its popularity. Speisekarte ansehen

Wife ordered Sweet sour Chicken Cantonese style I had THE best salt pepper spare ribs, son chips prawn crackers ? We're all full can't recommend the speed, quality of food friendliness of staff. Top notch

Not my local Chinese but on the suggestion of a friend who goes there all the time, I gave it a try and found it better than my local. Didn't buy a lot in case it wasn't nice but wished I had as the missus nicked half of it. Seem to get lot more for your money as well.

This was the first time we have ordered from here. We were given an hours wait as it was a Saturday. However our food was almost cold when we put it on the plate. The mushrooms in my chow mien were raw. So let’s just say we wasn’t impressed and won’t be going back for more. Speisekarte ansehen

Not the worst I've had, but close to it! Overly salty, crispy beef soggy and bland noodles. Asked to wait outside due to covid restrictions which is understandable. I waited and waited, seeing people go in and out. I'd ordered via phone beforehand, so didn't expect to also wait long after arrival. Another customer came out and asked if I was number 12? He said they'd been calling the number inside for ages! How was I supposed to hear it, when the door was closed and I'd been asked to wait outside??? This is a take-away restaurant only, not sit down inside. Sadly, the food wasn't great and we go elsewhere now.

I actually wanted a Pizza but there was no pizza shop doing deliveries because of the heavy snow. My son suggested Chinese and this place was not only one of the few fast food outlets opened, but it was actually doing deliveries so thought I'll give it a try. The verdict. Food was wonderful, some dishes were a bit too spicy for me but the boys loved these ones. Customer service was excellent. The person who took the order was very polite and explained that delivery will be slower than usual. The delivery guy (could be the same chap that took my order ? turned up wearing a mask and kept his distance so was very COVID aware.

I ordered by telephone, part of the order was 10 sweet and sour chicken balls. Once delivered, which was fairly quickly, i emptied the containers and found that there were only 9 chicken balls. I had this problem with a previous order too, so I phoned to let Phoenix house know. I explained the situation and heard some animated discussion in the background, after which the call was dropped. So I phoned back explained the story all again and suggested they look at their quality control before dispatching, no apology but a thank you for letting them know. I know this is not 5 star dining but you would expect to receive what you paid for. This episode has left a bad customer experience for me an... Speisekarte ansehen
