Country kitchen is a lovely place. Staff friendly/polite. Food was lovely. Offering variety of options plus a specials board.

Lovely full English breakfast freshly cooked. Mushrooms were the best we’ve had in a long time. Nice welcome from staff. Served by John lovely personality and funny. Wife loved it.

We stopped here on our way to the cathedral for a warm drink. It was a very cold day and it wasn’t that warm in the cafe. The staff were very friendly and the drinks nice. The decor is abit dated. Speisekarte ansehen

Just what we needed after 5 days at Glastonbury Festival. Full English was spot on. Nice coffee, good size and hot. Reasonably priced. Jonathan looked after us great guy, hilariously funny and very welcoming.

Me and a friend, a sandwich, a panini, a couple of bottles of beer and a bottle of water, £26.50. Not cheap, very cold room with heaters dotted around the floor. Friendly enough, but these days not good value for money!

Lovely cappuccino and the staff were friendly and helpful. Friends that I was with had lunch and they had dietary needs, that the staff were really great with and offered alternatives. We were made to feel welcome throughout our visit and I will definitely be back again. Speisekarte ansehen

Wonderful experience at Pickwicks Country Kitchen. Very busy lunchtime but service was efficient and staff absolutely brilliant, certainly service with a smile and sense of humour. A varied menu, catering for all. Food was delicious. Definitely value for money. Congratulations to the delightful new owner and her great team. Thank you, we will be back!

I absolutely adore this cafe! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the service is top-notch, and the food and coffee are excellent. The variety of cakes they offer is amazing and there is something for everyone. The decor inside is warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to meet up with friends, family, or even for business meetings. Just stepping through the door makes you feel good. Highly recommend!

Having been to Wells numerous times, this was our first at Pickwicks. What a great find! I was greeted with one of the friendliest welcomes that I have had for some time. My son joined me and we had a superb Coronation Quiche, breakfast bagel and cake. Fantastic service and genuinely home cooked delicious food. And great value. Honestly could not fault it as somewhere lovely for lunch. Wouldn’t hesitate to go again. Speisekarte ansehen
