Very recommended for a special occasion. Very relaxed atmosphere food absolutely delicious. We had the lunch menu. The perfect setting over the marina will go defo again.

Lovely place with a good view of the marina and super friendly staff but they definitely need more vegetarian options other than just pasta and bread... carbs. Very tasty though but not much to chose from. Speisekarte ansehen

arriving on pier 64 is a pleasant affair even on a cold and dark Saturday night at 9 o'clock. there are generous parking spaces and the location of the building on stilts in the water is clearly a winner. Without a doubt, it would also be a bit better on a bright and sunny day. a worker rushed forward to open the door that saved us the annoying. by erm, y’know, open a door for us.

I was impressed with the service, food quality, prices, and atmosphere of this restaurant. The manager was friendly and professional, and although some of the new waitstaff were unsure of certain questions, they were very helpful in getting the answers from their team. The food was of high quality and delicious, and the restaurant was tastefully decorated. I will definitely be returning if I am in Cardiff again.

Excellent staff. Great setting. Perfect for drinks, dining and meeting friends. The staff member who served us outside and eventually inside was fabulous. V attentive. In fact she If there 's anything you else need then I 'm your girl . Very bubbly personality which is just what you need on a relaxing evening with friends. Highly recommend. Indulge yourself and check out this amazing restaurant. Situated in Penarth Marina, with views of the sea, this modern restaurant offers delicious food. It may not be budget-friendly, but you definitely get what you pay for! The quality here is top-notch. During warmer days, you can relax with a drink on the beautiful terrace overlooking the marina, even if you're not dining. The terrace gets plenty of sun late in the afternoon during the summer months.

Visited Pier64 as a belated Valentine's treat away from Set Menus and the like. The main thing that's obvious is that the venue is a bit of a cut above the standard Cardiff fare. Super classy but still relaxed and not stuffy at all. I had scallops to start. Extremely well cooked Scallops, the pea puree underwhelmed but the flavour of pea was still there thanks to some peas on the plate. The main was incredible. A perfectly medium rare rib eye with fat that had been rendered down beautifully. I'm almost crying thinking about it now. Dessert was a lovely chocolate fondant. Would reccomend fully for a lovely date night or posh meal with some mates.

Now, Pier 64 describes itself as a Steakhouse, and it certainly does what it says on the tin. Other than the range of steaks, it has only about 4 other options – chicken, fish, lamb or vegetarian. It doesn’t look as if these are going to change regularly, so if you weren’t a big steak fan, you’d soon get a bit bored of the menu I can imagine. What it does have is a nice selection of salads, all of which are available in a starter or main course portion.
