Really bad attitude from the man who identified himself as the manager. Brought us the wrong food and then started shouting at us and refused to just give us what we ordered. He was really aggressive towards us (three woman) We settled our bill and left, completely inappropriate behaviour, staff training desperately needed, could not recommend Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We've only been in Milan since 9:25 a.m. and unfortunately the weather isn't great, but we're just thirsty now (1:28 p.m. and you can't quench your thirst with wine. There's no food yet, so beer from Grimbergen. The pub is really cozy and the service is really sweet. She just helped us out with English to Italian, very nice. We're drinking right now, Grimbergen blond, Grimbergen Double-Ambree, Broolyn East IPA... not Italian at all, but super delicious. We can't report on the food, that will come at some point later.

Ordered Guinness according to the menu, but only received it. Instead, when I asked when everyone else at the table was almost finished with their drinks and food they found out that Guinness is only available in the evening!?!? (You could have told me when I ordered. Unfortunately we had to return the orange juice because, according to our expectations, OJ consists of juice, not 50% water. Then ordered water it was delivered to the table as a 0.5 plastic bottle without a label. Really disappointing. Especially for the price! Speisekarte ansehen
