We had a great time yesterday at the Turf Tavern, we stayed there for roughly over 3 hours, had some Beer and fish and chips.

Delicious meal, perfect spot for beer enthusiasts, extensive selection of unique craft beers, bar staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

How can you not love this place? With Narnia inspiration on the alley walking down the tavern! The tavern is full of fun history and friendly patrons. Speisekarte ansehen

The "bar grub" at this restaurant was just okay, but it did not meet my expectations in terms of food quality. I was hoping for something more based on the description provided.

I really enjoy the beer and food at this restaurant. The bartenders are always very friendly and knowledgeable. It's just a shame that there aren't more vegetarian/vegan options on the menu. Speisekarte ansehen

I had visited the Pint Shop a few years ago and was thoroughly impressed, so I was a bit let down this time around. While the food was still delicious, the portions seemed noticeably smaller and the presentation left much to be desired. This experience has me hesitant to return and consider exploring other options. However, the service was exceptional and the atmosphere was wonderful. The cocktails were enjoyable as well.

I had made a reservation for a birthday Sunday lunch with friends. When we arrived at the restaurant, we asked about our booking but there was no record of it. We were told we could sit anywhere and were given menus to order at the bar. We asked about the Sunday Lunch menu but were unsure if it was available. We observed other diners eating roasts but were told there was no chicken option. Despite not being provided with a Sunday Lunch menu, we had to look up menus on our phones. This was our second time visiting this restaurant, as our first experience with the food and service was great. We decided to bring some friends along for a meal before heading to the theater during the holiday season. Unfortunately, on this visit we encountered a few issues. One of the starters we ordered was not available (the fish), and two of the sauces we wanted with our main courses (béarnaise and mushrooms n bacon) were also unavailable. Additionally, when we ordered a Bacardi and Coke, the drink came only as a Coke.
