"I have ordered here very often. In the last few months the delivery time has deteriorated a lot. Last time we waited over 2 hours. Calls to service were always dismissed as “on the way”. A voucher was also offered as compensation, but the driver did not know about any vouchers. Today we tried one last time to order something to eat. Meanwhile, another 2 hours have passed and the service gave the same excuse again. I have no idea what the driver is doing, at least the food doesn't arrive. And when it arrives, the food will be cold. The branch is only about 1km away. But it goes even further: Pits pressure you to order via their own app and not via Lieferando or Wolt. A minimum consumption of €25 ! is required. As soon as you reach €25, you get a “5% discount”. So the amount is reduced again and you slip below €25. So you have to add more products. Sometimes something is missing from the order. But wait another 2 hours to get the missing fries? Hardly anyone does... Yes, the burgers would be good if they weren't cold. But they are cold. And therefore not good. Therefore justifiably 1 star. Here you can observe in a German company how the desire to expand is carried out at the expense of quality."

Schönes Diner! Essen und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis waren angemessen. 3 Burger, 1 Portion Pommes, 2 Getränke und 2 Desserts für 50€.

One star because nothing is not possible The eggs and bacon burger that I ordered without onions came without bacon and with extra onions, the mozzarella sticks were almost cold. Food tasted mediocre.

I ordered food here and was not satisfied. I then gave an honest review. However, the operator had this deleted... Worrying. I would therefore not trust the rating on Google, as most of the bad reviews will probably be deleted... Note on the operator's comment: I gave a bad review because I was dissatisfied. On my profile you can see my other reviews, which are often very positive. If I were to give bad reviews commercially, I would have more than 13 reviews and all of them would be bad. Interesting way to deal with criticism :
