Food is great but bad service experience with no manner old male staff . I would not visit this restaurant again.

Ich bin hierher gekommen, um das neue Jahr zu feiern. Ich finde, das Personal ist freundlich und kümmert sich gut um mich. Ich habe Pizza und Pommes bestellt.

I am here and have ordered food and they are all soo damn rude and aggressive . And 70% of Swiss people behave like this Indians Go somewhere else let there economy die !!! Speisekarte ansehen

Überraschend, einige dieser Bewertungen zu sehen, es sei denn, die Dinge haben sich seit oder wir hatten Glück mit dem Service auf unserem Besuch. Wir haben hier zum Abendessen auf dem Weg zurück nach Zürich nach einem sehr langen Tag der Reise in die Schweiz und eine ganztägige Tour durch verschiedene Bereiche. Es war aufgrund des National Day beschäftigt, aber wir haben einen Tisch und unser Kellner war sehr freundlich und Service war effizient. Die 3 von uns alle hatten Pasta-Gerichte und fanden sie alle sehr Appetit ohne Beschwerden!

We didn’t even order. There was no one to welcome us in the empty restaurant so being very tired with crying kids on a hot day we allowed ourselves to take the menu. The waiter came and started behaving very aggressive. He told us off for taking the card although I apologised and tried to be kind and let myself to joke about us being hungry and with crying kids. He left us then and started to yell to the staff behind the bar things about us. We left. There are other ways to treat your customer even if someone brakes your rules. But apparently you don’t need customers... thank you.

I recently visited this restaurant with my family. We ordered a total of 5 dishes, the food was very good but I was highly disappointed by the service of all the waiters and the manager. Since the time I entered the restaurant to get a table, I was given an annoyed look. Upon ordering my food, I called for the waiter to ask for his suggestions since we are vegetarian and majority of the menu was non vegetarian. The waiter asked me if I was ready to order, and when I asked for his help he was like ‘so you aren’t ready with your order’ he kept making disrespectful comments throughout the service and kept giving looks like why were we dining in their restaurant.
