Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. The food has gotten worse from before and atmosphere seems dull. Bad customer service and managers who are very inattentive to customers. Very poorly run restaurant, better restaurants can be found on the high street. Speisekarte ansehen

I have been to this restaurant many times over the years without any complaints. However, my last few visits have been disappointing. The restaurant is still very clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined. The dough balls were undercooked and inconsistent in size, the pizza bases were doughy and lacked a crisp underside, and the leggera salad was no longer the fresh selection it used to be. On my last visit, our mains arrived while we were only halfway through our starters, making us feel rushed. We will be taking a break from this restaurant for a while before considering returning.

My sister and I had been looking forward to eating here for weeks, a place we have regularly visited over the years and we finally had an evening which we could both make. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff and seated with menus. Our drinks were promptly delivered, and we ordered food garlic bread starters and pizza mains (Leggera Pomodoro and Leggera Polla ad Astra). Around 20 minutes later, our mains were delivered to us before our starters, which we queried, only to have our waitress (the same one we had ordered with) look confused and say she would check for us. Usually I have no issues getting vegan options, they’re really good! But yesterday, I don’t know why it was such an issue. I usually can choose anything off the menu and they veganise it, great, sorted. But this time, when I asked for a vegan Pollo Fiesta (usually I ask for a Forza but that’s been gotten rid of) they brought me the normal pizza with chicken and sour cream on it, just with vegan cheese? And then when I challenged it, our waiter tried to make it seem like that was a normal thing to have done, when someone asks for a vegan pizza, you still put chicken on it?
