Pizza Express - Speisekarte

The pizzas were delicious and the dough balls were amazing. Our waitress, Andrea, provided excellent service. We will definitely be returning.

We received fabulous service from our excellent server, Will. The pizzas were great and the desserts were delicious. We also found great deals on the app, even on weekends!

Went for my birthday my pizza was really good but the service was absolutely awful! Took 20 minutes for drinks to arrive!! Plus found it very unprofessional waitor singing happy birthday with us! Speisekarte ansehen

we were a party of four an luckily we had booked as the place was rammed. Service was OK, maybe a little slow but thats all. we had doughballs and Pizzas which were all really nice. Only think that really let the place down were small things like, a half set table and torn/stained menus.

Arrived 12pm without a booking was told by a member of staff that they were fully booked when looking into the restaurant only a couple of tables were in use. We only wanted a quick lunch which would have taken 1/2 hour but not even given an option to have to use a table by a certain time. Poor could understand if restaurant was rammed

Booked for the table, got shown to our table then had to wait half an hour for anyone to come and see us, if I didn’t have the kids with me I would have walked away, food was ok but same person was asking us if we wanted to see the desert menu whilst we were still eating which was very rude, went to pay using a gift card which didn’t work at first and then card kept declining, waitress kept walking off and blaming it on the connection, I would not go again Speisekarte ansehen

My family and I absolutely adore Pizza Express and we often go to our nearby Cribbs Causeway restaurant. We reserved a table to celebrate my son's 6th birthday and, as usual, the food was amazing. But what really made our evening special was the outstanding service we received from Gabriel. He was attentive, genuine, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. When my son was disappointed to find out there was no chocolate sauce for his dough ball dessert, Gabriel saved the day! We will definitely be returning and I hope to see Gabriel working every time we visit!

Contrary to a number of reviews, I thought it might be useful to balance up some of the less favourable comments. We visited for lunch on a Friday 20th January. There were only a few other tables occupied. The waitress appeared to be working on her own but she attended to us promptly and cheerfully. Having ordered lagers, pizza and cannelloni, we waited only a few minutes before they started arriving. The Peronis were properly cold and the food was excellent. Checking out was quick and easy, with smiley faces all round. I could not find any fault in the entire experience, which is maybe a reason why many folk do not bother to leave a review?

So disappointing. We love PE pizzas but this was not a good experience. Internet drove me crazy once again and I couldn’t access their app and rewards offered which was one of reasons worth going there for. Ended up paying for things that would normally have been free. Standing outside in the rain for access was not fun! Mixed salad didn’t appear so I cancelled it. Not much cheese on the pizzas and partner said his was one of the worst ones he’d had. It was removed from the bill. Mine was quite dry and over baked. Coffee machine not working, never has been when we’ve been there!
