"Il Bacio Express is a disappointment to those looking for delicious Italian food. There was a time when eating at Il Bacio was a thrilling experience, but that is no longer the case. I ordered a spaghetti bolognese and a bocconcini di pomodoro salad for £11.75, which arrived promptly. However, upon opening the container, I found the spaghetti to be dry and lacking in meat. It seemed as though only a tablespoon of sauce had been added. After tasting it, I was left wondering what had happened to the quality of their food. Unfortunately, it seems that Il Bacio has gone downhill."

The pizza at this small Sardinian restaurant chain is delicious. While some combinations may not be very authentic, the Jalapeno pizza stands out and the Sardinian sausage was particularly good. Despite this, we plan to return in the future.

This place is part of the Local area. Cheap, quick and tasty. Everyone I know will go here or order a take-away when we're feeling lazy, hung over or in need of some good comfort food. The food at this restaurant is good and reasonably priced. However, the staff is quite rude, which is unfortunate and detracts from the overall experience. I sometimes order delivery from here, but it is always a nightmare. The workers are difficult to understand and become rude and agitated as if it is the customer's fault. I wish they would train their staff better or implement an online ordering system to avoid interacting with them.

When we arrived at the restaurant, they did not seem to be aware of our booking, but they were able to accommodate us with a spare table. The staff appeared to be preoccupied with delivery drivers at first, causing a delay in getting served. However, once they were able to focus on us, the service was very good. Unfortunately, the starters were disappointing as the calamari was overcooked. On the other hand, the mains were delicious with a wide variety of options on the menu.
