They would typically expect pizza express. very nice pizza. very polite and friendly service. reasonable price for london.

The calamari’s were uncooked. Pizza wasn’t great either and the calzone was worse. I ended up vomiting all night into the next day.

Shouldn't really bother about a chain pizza outlet but was so disappointed over our takeaway I just had to warn that the pizza was soggy and there is more heat in babymilk than their diablo! And such a shame as the branch looks so smartly...laid out!

visited on Saturday night. standard pizza express tariff, although with very slow service. the one waiter we could see was hard, he only seemed to deal with the whole restaurant on himself, which was something of a mountainous struggle. the food was good, but what should have been a short bite, took forever. eating alone is never funny. sometimes you feel like you have been forgotten in a lively restaurant. my experience of pizza express is generally good in these cases. southampton row was quiet, service well, eating good quality. benefits from a discount voucher...available on pizza express app. would be very happy to return.

I ordered a pizza for carry-out, and was happy to hear it would be ready in about 10 minutes. When I got back to my hotel room, I opened the box to see that this was an undercooked pizza (should have known when I heard.. 10 minutes but more to the point, it would be nearly impossible to exaggerate how thin the crust was. The toppings were fine, but this barely qualified as a pizza. I'm from New Jersey. I grew up on pizza. I should have known better than to buy pizza in London, especially from this joint. When in London, I highly recommend the Indian food.

Went there for dinner on a Tuesday night. Picked the Penne Bolognese because the menu gave off the impression of a real rich meat-sauce based Bolognese with garlic etc. What I got was a shocker. First of all, for 12 pounds, I expect to get...decent quantity and not pasta to nibble on. Secondly, half of the actual penne pasta was still hard as in not cooked. Felt like chewing on beef jerky. And the taste there was no meat in the meat sauce as compared to real authentic Bolognese. In fact, it didn’t taste like anything at all. Couldn’t even taste any garlic.
