"I 'm so sorry to leave a bad review, but my experience in Highgate pizza express was terrible. I don 't know where all the good staff went yesterday evening including the person in charge) maybe it was there night off? The food in Highgate was really poor. The pizza itself was so thin it was translucent. I 'm not joking! If you held it up to the light, which I did out of curiosity, you could see through it. You wouldn 't buy one of their pizzas like that in Waitrose, so it shouldn 't be served like that in a restaurant! Even though they waved the food bill, understandably, we still came away felling awful. Probably due to the 'attitude ' of the person we dealt with. Such a shame."

I ordered the margherita pizza. It wasn't quite authentic Italian pizza, as the crust was thin but rubbery and greasy. The service was excellent and the restaurant was clean.

A warm welcome awaits when you visit Pizza Express Highgate. The staff are super friendly and add the cosiness of this restaurant. Elsa helped me use an app despite being being and rushing to make every customer feel so well looked after. Well done

We just had our son's 7th birthday party here this weekend. What a great place to celebrate a party! All the children had a great time and all the parents commented on how well organised the set up was. Our host Lilly was amazing with the children and the time flew. I would recommend this venue to other parents looking for a unique and well put together birthday experience.
