Pizza Hut - Speisekarte

I had a lovely time with the family today. I enjoyed the salsa bar and the ice cream factory as well. Kudos to the super lovely staff. Ever helpful and nice as this was my first dine in. Definitely coming back soon

The portion size for the price of sharing a pizza at £20+ for two people is not worth it, as we only received 4 small slices. Additionally, the amount of bacon on the pizza was lacking. The kids meal, however, was decent.

We have not been to pizza hut for some time and I must say its not like it used to be. We went for the lunchtime buffet but there was not much choice of pizza to choose from and they were pretty bland to be honest and should have stuck to Dominoes !! Speisekarte ansehen

The worse place I ever been.It was my son 9th birthday party ,when the waitress took the order she didn't mention you have to pay before you get your food. I am 49 and entire in my life I never been any restaurant like this.But I heard some rough area you have to pay before you eat.May be I was in wrong place

I normally never leave reviews, always leaving tips but here… Service is appalling, don't bother to come here, 30min wait for empty glasses and blank coffee, pizzas with see throughout pepperoni sinking in tomato base. Staff with no training, no friendliness or interest in customer whatsoever, very disappointing and ruined family dinner. Not coming back. Improvements definitely needed.

The pizza we had at this restaurant was terrible. The oil in the pan tasted old and rancid, and both of us got sick from eating it. I would not recommend this branch as there seems to be issues with the products they are using. When I reached out to the staff to complain, they just brushed it off by saying the temperature of the pizza was correct, and they didn't care that it tasted bad. My daughter celebrated her 14th B Day with her friends for the buffet lunch (12/11/22). The female manager that was on duty one of her members staff (male employee) made my daughters B Day really special and they went above beyond. (Sorry, I didn't catch their names). I don't usually leave reviews, however I felt that this review was needed, especially when the staff did amazing. Pizza hut Chatham Dockside, these members of staff are a real credit to your company. Much appreciated thank you both for looking after us/them.

Visited here on a Saturday evening for a family birthday. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff who helped arrange high chairs for the children in our group. We were three groups so decided to order on our phones as this was easier for us but the waitress did offer to take our order. Salad bar and drinks area were both clean and organised. Food arrived in good time and was piping hot and fresh we really enjoyed it. We had a couple of waiters and both were very friendly and attentive. We bought a deal as this worked out better value for us and we took some home in a box. Would happily return

I was told when I walked in that my table is only available for an hour because it’s been booked for an hours time. This was absolutely fine as I did not expect to be here longer than an hour and was also told I would not be here in an hour. My pizza came fairly quickly which I was impressed with however after finishing my mains I waited over 40 minutes for my dessert to come by this time I had been waiting far too long I did not want it. You have to order via the app and pay for everything in advance and order desserts in advance so did not have the choice to wait and decide if I wanted it.
