"Absolute joke of a place So Friday night at 7:40pm, I order food to be delivered at 9:15pm. 9:30pm comes and goes and there's no sign of our delivery. Phoned Pizza Hut no answer just ringing out. Food eventually turned up half...an hour late, virtually cold, dried up. Tried to phone to complain yet again, no answer! Saturday afternoon went into the actual place and asked to speak to the manager. Manager, Shane, came to speak to me apoloigsed and said that it wasn't good enough. Gave me two options free meal of the same value or I could phone a number about a refund as I paid online. I told him I'd have the phone number. He returned with £20 cash and said I shouldn't do this but I'll refund you the £20 plus give you £20 credit for a meal. Just give it 24 hours and then you can phone your order through A few days later we decided that we migh as well use the £20 credit. Once again, the phone rang and rang and rang. Eventually, on the third attempt of calling, someone answered the phone but said there was no record of any credit. I asked to speak to Shane and he said the manager was out and could I call back in 10 minutes. I asked if anyone would actually answer the phone in 10 minutes. He said that they weren't trained to answer the phone, which I said was ridiculous as anyone can answer a phone. I clarified that Shane would be back in 10 minutes and was told no, Chris is the manager tonight. I told them to forget it. About 10 minutes later, my phone rang and it was Pizza Hut. The man apologised for being out and said that there was £20 credit. I asked him why the others didn't answer the phone and he said they weren't trained to. He then went on to say, between you and me, the manager couldn't organise a party in a brothel. I said that it was disgraceful and unprofessional for him to say stuff like that and he reiterated that it was true. I asked his name but he refused to give it saying I don't have to tell you. I said that the earlier person that I spoke to said that Chris was the manager tonight and he said NO I'M NOT THE MANAGER I told him to forget the order as we woould go elsewhere rather than otder from this charade! I said that I would be leaving a bad review and was told, GO AHEAD IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS ITS A POOR QUALITY FRANCHISE!"

Not ordered from here for a while and not impressed my order was wrong but was impressed by tbe customer service and quality of food. Sad the experience was ruined by a lack of attention to detail but overall quality of food was good Speisekarte ansehen

we ordered pizza on Saturday night and the service was great from beginning to end. emma was very nice on the phone and recommended how to place the order with the app best. the pizzas were delicious and delivered within the promised time scale. ashley, the...supplier was really friendly. would definitely recommend this load.

I left a review last month, where we wanted a lengthy amount of time for mediocre food. However, we decided to give it another go. We were pleasantly surprised to receive our order within 35 minutes. The food was hot, had a lot of toppings,...evenly distributed and the salad was lovely and fresh! Would have been better if there was a little more salad dressing. Overall, a big improvement on our last visit and this time, we would visit again. We were promised a £10 voucher when we last visited and complained, but we never received it.

Ordered here today for lunch. Used my Key workers blue light discount 50% off. Ordered and it gave me a wait time of 1 hour. After 45 minutes the tracker still said preparing your food. Because there was about four other stages after this...I called the restaurant to confirm they had my order I needed to know if it was going to be late as I was starting back work within the next hour. I was told they had my order and it would be on time. The order still didn’t arrive and ended up being 35 minutes late. Ordered our pizza via the online service. This gave them over 2 hours to get it right. The order should have arrived 18:45. At 19;00 hrs my wife called them and was told that the pizza was just leaving the shop. At 19;10 the pizza...still hadn’t arrived, (we live 4 mins away). I allied and was told that there were lots of roadworks and that was causing the late arrival of our pizza... really- we don’t even live anywhere the roadworks so this was total ****. we were extremely disappointed with our Pizza Hut experience. After ordering 3 standard pizzas, which no changes, the app told us our food would arrive in 35-45 minutes. We were fine with this, as we ordered at 17:40, meaning our food would arrive between 6...and 6:30. I am an insulin dependent diabetic, injecting 4 times a day. I have to eat within a certain time, so ordering takeaway I have to put the order in, knowing there may be a wait, but it would still arrive with enough time for there to be issues with my blood sugar levels.
