"A family outing to this restaurant two days ago. Excellent value and exceptionally clean restaurant tucked away in a side street in St Julien-en-Genevois. Our daughter lives in the area and had heard that the best pizzas in the town were served here and wanted to give it a try. It was difficult to decide which pizza to choose as there were a number of really different options, all sounding delicious, and very different from the normal run of pizzarias. Pizzas are the main items on the menu but there were alternatives. The menus were unique as children's books had been utilized with menu selections being added to a section of each page with the story still visible to read! We booked two tables but had to wait a little time to be served as take-away pizzas were popular too and there were only two staff - the lady cook, seemingly the owner Martine, and a waitress, both of whom were very friendly. Unusually too, bottles of wine and other drinks were on display at the entrance for clients to help themselves and show to the owner who booked the choice. We chose six different pizzas and each was delicious with lots of topping and a thin crunchy base. Will definitely visit again when next in the area and would certainly recommend to anyone."

Cute neighbourhood pizzeria with a lovely warm atmosphere. Waitress (owner?) was clearly busy but efficient and friendly nonetheless. I only tried the crayfish salad but was very fresh & tasty.

This has been one of the most disappointing pizzeria in a very long time!!! The place is very nice and cosy, Martine is friendly and creates a very relaxed atmosphere but in terms of food is really a disaster. The pizzas have only the name of a pizza but taste is bad, hard, really heavy. The service is just too slow, too us 1h to be served and not all at the same time. The welcome panel at the entrance should be set on fire !!!

Our little family had great fun here choosing our menu from the Martine books and then reading them while waiting for our food. Clean and uniquely decorated this little restaurant is really friendly and Martine was very friendly and accomodating to us all. My husband and daughter ordered steak which was served on hot stones to cook themselves at the table which they really enjoyed. I enjoyed eating their jacket potatoes with sour cream and chives. My other daughter and I both had delicious pizzas. The toilet was also impeccably clean. We would definitely recommend. Speisekarte ansehen

Premise: I’m Italian, so if I want a traditional pizza I can eat it in Italy or made by myself or seek for Italian restaurant. Here you can taste something similar that is actually really good and reflects the fantasy, inspiration and skill of the owner. So, my experience here was totally great.I had “pizza” with duck and fois gras (you cannot find it in a traditional pizzeria) and very good red beer.Prices are more than fair (50€ in 3 persons) and the place is nice.I suggest to make a reservation because the place is really really small and have some patience because there’s only one person cooking and serving, so in this case you can help going to the fridge and bring the beer by yourself an...

Gastro Academy Geneva"
