I went 4 times between March and April 2024 and loved it! Everything I ate was delicious! The carbonara is incredible! the bread starter with red onion and gorgonzola cheese is wonderful. and the pasta with fried artichokes on top to be repeated in the same meal. The best carbonara in Rome! After having visited Rome numerous times and tried many restaurants, I can say that the best carbonara can be found here! All very friendly service, pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely return to try more dishes on the menu, but as a recommendation: carbonara and tiramisu, exceptional! I recommend it 100%!!!

The best restaurant by far that I visited in Rome during my time studying in the city. The epitome of value for money, not randomly recommended by the Michelin Guide. I went 4 times and each experience was unique. The highest quality carbonara and the most delicious tiramisu in Rome. Finally, I want to mention that I organized my friend's marriage proposal at this restaurant and I owe thanks to all the staff for their treatment from beginning to end. Especially the owner Mr. Poldo and the gentlemen Ido and Jay. They were extremely helpful, and this kind of treatment is what wins people over, not just good food. Keep up the good work, and I will return at every opportunity.

We really wanted to like this place as we had been planning to eat here even before flying to Rome. Must be said that the person who greeted us up front made us feel welcome and we appreciate the hospitality. The basement, while brightly lit and spacious, had really poor acoustics, but this is forgivable. Food : we had a great start with the fried vegetables and were expecting a great meal ahead. However this was not the case. Our veal and braised beef were way below expectations, both under seasoned and tough. Sides were presented poorly and potatoes were tough and overcooked while artichokes were extremely bitter. Opted to not have dessert after our meal because it was really just disappoi...
