Aaron our waiter was great but the whole experience was a shambles! Food exceptionally poor, no knifes, ketchup, salad, mushrooms- 1.5 hours wait for food.. the list is endless!

I had a great time at this lovely place for a Christmas party in the upstairs room. The food and drinks were fantastic. Overall, I would give them a perfect score of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere.

We ordered four small plates. The first two came quickly, but one was already cold. The last plate arrived at least 10 minutes after the others, and the restaurant wasn't even busy. Overall, the food rated a 1, the service a 2, and the atmosphere also a 1.

Wouldn’t bother to go here. Took 30 minutes for my drink to then be told the soft drinks weren’t working. Lovely place, but staff don’t know what they are doing and don’t bother to explain about ordering food etc. Very disappointed and will not go back ????????

"It was my girlfriends birthday and we surprised her with a meal at this restaurant. they instruct you to book a table on their website to which we did. we received the confirmation email to confirm our booking at 8:00PM on the 20th August. After arriving with her and her family, the place was closed. With it being a Sunday evening, finding another restaurant was impossible as everything else was no longer taking any bookings or they had closed the kitchen. Extremely disappointed in this as we received no word or update on their opening hours and they simply wasted our time and ruined my girlfriends birthday. Would not recommend"

"my wife and I called on Tuesday evening the opportunity to eat without booking and we were very pleasantly surprised we sat very comfortable in the winter garden with wonderful views directly over yeadon and guiseley the menu was very good with a lot but not too much to choose. the service was fast and the staff very helpful, without being pushed, our food came in and was well presented and tasty we both had fresh house made steak and merlot cake with hand made fresh cut clobig chips like mama used to make, topped up, although not made with a huge part of to visit soon they are a must to make when we visit all next"

"We booked dinner at 8pm and enjoyed having drinks at the bar which was enjoyable in a really friendly environment. My wife and myself regularly have a drink in The Princess and decided to book dinner. This was a mistake as the food was awful and the service completely shambolic. Our nachos starter arrived after the main course was served. The manager then tried to justify the situation rather than simply apologise. The Princess is great for meeting for a drink but I would recommend not eating in this establishment."

"This was my first time trying Nam Jai Thai and the food was fantastic! You can definitely taste the high quality ingredients they use. Due to the lockdown, I could only get takeout, but I am looking forward to dining in at the restaurant once it is lifted. Having traveled throughout Thailand, I can say that the food at Nam Jai Thai is authentic and brings back wonderful memories of my time in Siam."
