Lovely staff really really helpful. Chicken Caesar roll is so tasty as is the chicken Katsu soup also the dark chocolate almonds are fantastic

Really impressive range of soups. Very good value for money and you can either have ciabatta or brown bread with it. They are also piping hot which is a big plus.

I love the sandwiches at this restaurant, but I was a bit underwhelmed by the soup options. Nevertheless, the sandwiches are always served piping hot and delicious! Speisekarte ansehen

Popped in for a coffee as I had some time to kill. Wish I hadn't. The staff treated me like I was inconveniencing them and looked down their noses at me. I would avoid and go to Costa. This place is horrifically snobby and overpriced pretentious rubbish.

So rude and unwelcoming. Been in few times and everytime served by her, she messed up frappe orders!! And rolled her eyes,which I stated wrong order. Terrible customer service from her every time!! She is reason I avoid Uxbridge store,horrible women makes you very unwelcome!

Its always busy at lunch but staff are quick and efficient. Food is always fresh and very reasonably priced. The coffee is good with a varied selection of milk substitutes. Only downside is that they give you plastic cutlery which isn't good for the environment, please change to something like wood. Speisekarte ansehen

The mushroom risotto at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. It's my favorite lunch spot in Uxbridge. I always receive excellent service from the same lovely woman, although I don't know her name. She has short hair and is always so helpful. The lunch was perfect for combatting the freezing weather, and the ciabatta was also fantastic.

I come in here regularly for breakfast of porridge and a filter coffee. Obviously it is a chain but the porridge is nice quality although the portions of sprinkles to put on top seems to vary but you can take two or some honey. The coffee is ok too and cheap. It is very pleasant to sit by the huge windows upstairs and the toilets are kept clean.

I visit this restaurant every day and the staff are absolutely amazing - friendly and quick. They provide the best service out of any coffee shop I've been to. The team is great. However, the only disappointment is that someone in charge has recently required the staff to cover their earrings, nose studs, etc. with blue plaster. The staff are clearly unhappy about this decision. It was based on feedback from a mystery shopper and a regional manager prioritizing scores over the team's well-being. No other coffee shop, cafe, or food retailer in Uxbridge, Kingston, Epsom, or Sutton enforces this rule.
