Pret A Manger - Speisekarte

We were in London for a month and found that the coffee and food at Pretty were pretty good and consistent among the many stores in the area. when we were looking for a cup of coffee and a sandwich or quick lunch, Pretty was a good option.

Only went in for a takeaway early in the morning pre-flight. Not the usual choice of wraps unfortunately. We also bought coffee and it was quite disappointing and weak. It used to taste far better! Also it was expensive. However, staff were as always quick, friendly and professional.

I work at Gatwick Airport and I think this place is too expensive and overpriced. The other day, I forgot my lunch and had to eat at Pret A Manger in the satellite terminal, which just opened. The food was mediocre and the coffee was not enjoyable. Please return, Costa Coffee - we miss you. Speisekarte ansehen

Between flights from Malaga, Spain April 2019 heading back home Dallas, Texas USA. I wanted something to eat. I only had 4 hours wait. Suddenly I spotted Pret A Manger. The name threw me off but WOW! Loved the fresh food. Lemon cake dessert was to die for and I still salivate at the thought of that dessert!

Pret A Manger is on the first floor of the departure lounge in South Terminal. It’s a very large restaurant, with seating and tables. There are the usual selection of hot and cold drinks and hot and cold snacks such as sandwiches, bacon rolls etc. It can get busy, but the service was quick and efficient. Average prices for the airport. Toilets nearby and selection of shops

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. One star is too generous. I ordered three plain croissants at £3 each, but what I received was three awful, broken, and unappetizing pastries. When I questioned the employee about the quality of the croissants for the price, she was rude and even got a colleague involved to mock me, throwing the croissants back onto the display. To make matters worse, she replaced it with an even worse croissant and returned it to me in a very impolite manner. Speisekarte ansehen

Shocking (service!!!! . This was a the second time I have been let down at Pret London Gatwick and received a less than par service. I ordered an Oat latte (pretty simple you would guess in a coffee shop! I stood for around 5 minutes (express coffee shop watching as everyone else continued to collect their food and coffee. I asked the girl for a refund and she point blank ignored me, then I asked for a manager then miraculously my coffee appears!!!! Bearing in mind the place wasn’t that busy it’s a poor show!!!! I won’t be using the shop or brand again!

There are numerous negative reviews here, and I must agree with them. Pret seems to be aware of the feedback but it would be better if they actually took action to improve. This particular branch is spacious and located in the departures area of Gatwick South terminal. I was surprised by the limited food options available, especially for a busy airport location. I was able to get the last Scandi Style Salmon Rye Roll, which was decent, but sometimes Pret uses low-quality cuts of salmon and vegetables that are starting to spoil, which is unappetizing. My daughter and I went to Pret at the South terminal to buy some drinks and lunch for takeaway. We were served by a young, rather miserable, lady who doesn't bother to say ‘hello’ ‘please’ nor ‘thank you’. I even had to repeat the order as she didn't pay any attention to what I was saying. The last straw was when she pointed her finger at me without saying a word after the drinks were ready for collection. I was standing there close to the counter, that was definitely unnecessary! It appeared even another customer got appalled by that behaviour and made a comment. This kind of attitude is unacceptable!
