Bottomless brunch is fab. Jacob was very attentive and we never had an empty glass. Rely friendly. Lean toilets. Great service.

Served by the lovely Leah today. She was very attentive, chatty and would joke about with us whilst here. The girl deserves a raise promotion. She was a breath of fresh air. The food was delicious!

Awful Experience, Food was all cold after waiting over 1 hr I had the salmon flakes as a starter I nearly choked as there was 3 large bones In it which shouldn’t of been there Head office was very unhelpful. Speisekarte ansehen

Me my fiancée and my friends decided to celebrate my friends birthday for a meal. The food was ok but need to do more warmer and hotter. The services was friendly and helpful with free water is better to enjoy. The staff was helpful and friendly

We booked our table for 6.00 pm but we were still waiting for main courses at 7.20 pm. We had to leave without our food because we were due at the theatre for 7.30 pm. We then had to return at a later date as we were overcharged for drinks. Sadly we won’t be returning even though the food looked great. We left the restaurant very hungry!!!

Went for a meal before the theatre and wasn't disappointed. The food was fantastic and the service even better. We were served by Emma and she was very attentive and polite. As we're all the staff. I work in hospitality,so I know just how hard it can be. All the staff were calm under pressure and very hardworking. I would definitely recommend going for a great meal and friendly service. We arrived at 7.10pm and were asked if we had booked, then we were advised that a table may not be available (even though there were many empty tables!! , but they found one next to noisy kids. We asked to move to a quieter table and that too was met with a frown but they found one amongst the many empty tables. Having got a table at last, we waited twenty minutes without any attention at all and decided to leave and go elsewhere...

Come for a birthday meal, service was extremely slow which we may have been happy to look past due to it being busy. However, after waiting over an hour and a half for main courses, all of the tables food was lukewarm and carbonara dish stone cold. Carbonara sent back after explaining to waitress it was freezing and was brought back out exactly the same temperature. Waitress then began to avoid us and our table for rest of our stay and displayed a dismissive and rude attitude. Not to mention, the restaurant is now on the more expensive side.

It was our worst restaurant experience ever. Everything was dreadful during our visit. We have arrived on Sunday afternoon for late lunch. Table of eight- 4 adults and 4 kids. Ordered our drinks and food shortly after. Drinks arrived within a short while, however the waiting time for food was 45 minutes!! When approached the waitress to check the status of our food in a halftime, she said “she will check it for us” and never came back, not to mention any apology from them. Once the food arrived, no one even bothered to check back on us if the food was okay.
