"We have been many times before but sadly today was shocking. All we could hear was heavy banging of plates. We made a complaint and the staff member just ignored us and walked away. Two minutes later you could see the chef banging the plate on purpose and staff laughing. Absolute shocking. Also food was poor."

Mariusz from Peterborough filled in at our local Prezzo, it was so busy with just him and one other member of staff. He worked his socks off and made sure there wasn’t a long wait for anyone and remained calm and polite throughout. Thought he deserved a mention.

Visited tonight without booking. Spaghetti and meatballs were bland and pretty tasteless garlic bread £7 tiny greasy and uncut on a pizza base. Very disappointed and will not go back. Staff rude, unhelpful, uninterested in customers. Overall customer service appalling.
