Prezzo - Speisekarte

Had lunch today with my daughter , and a friend like the title said no smile from either waiters , pizza was dry and hard , asked for mayonnaise to try and make it better, when I looked at my bill I had been charged for it , it was removed when I questioned it . Do not think I would return

Prezzos kings lynn offers a range of great authentic Italian food. My wife choose this resteraunt for cleanliness, friendliness and above all fantastic quality food. Once again, they delivered a hundred percent. My wife's ceasar salad and my chicken rigatoni arrabiata with extra red chilli was perfect.

I feel bad only given 3 stars. I love going to Prezzo’s in Kings Lynn but I was unhappy you have changed the menu and you no longer have tomato bruschetta as a stater and even worse you have no risotto as a maim meal. As an Italian restaurant Ii ask you please can put these items back on the menu. Still had a nice time. Service and staff were great but just dissatisfied with the menu. Speisekarte ansehen

Booked a table only to be offers one by the toilet, or by the bar and finally in an isolated cubbyhole. None were acceptable and we ended up having to eat outside. Then for drinks I asked for a beer shandy but they could do that. I then opted for an orange juice but they didn’t have any! In the end I got a bottle of beer and a bottle of lemonade and had to make the shandy myself! Even then they couldn’t supply a large glass! Terrible service.

We ordered pizza plus starter and truffle fries. The pizza was absolutely average. The truffle fries turned out to be regular fries with cheese. And the starter was the worst choice and had nothing to do with description, here is the description Our delicious selection of Italian cured meats (prosciutto and spicy pepperoni) with a fresh mozzarella, sun-blushed tomatoes, Nocellara olives and our freshly baked garlic bread . It was a selection of very poor quality food. Really bad. I do not recommend the overpriced meal.

Went in here for dinner whilst we were visiting Kings Lynn. I have the tastecard, and when I went to book the table earlier in the day I explained I had the tastecard yep, no problem! Before we ordered our food, once again I showed my tastecard and asked if they accepted it yep no problem!... food came and went 2 4 1 on starters, mains and dessert when I queried the bill, they had forgotten to take off the discount, so a second bill came and they had still over charged by £8.50. Once again I queried and as I had already tapped my card, I couldn 't get a refund only a credit note for a free starter next visit. There wasn 't a next visit along with no tip and no good review... We arrived for our meal that had been booked for 7.30pm. It was a meal with friends so plenty of chatting was planned! We had starters and mains and the food was very nice and service was also good. We were then asked if we wanted desserts and ordered them and some hot drinks. They were served at about 9.20pm. The waitress then came to the table about 2 mins later and said we are closing at 9.30pm so I will bring you the bill!! We had only just started our coffees and desserts. This was an awful way to end a meal and we had no warning of this at all. If they are going to close this early then they should say on booking or at least on arrival as we would have gone somewhere else. Not a great...

We had gone to Kings Lynn wedding dress shopping so came across Prezzo by chance and as our local restaurant has closed we decided to visit for lunch. It didn't bode well from the start on entering the restaurant we waited to be seated, on the side near the door was a place or cheese that had not been covered and had fly's on it . Note to self don't have extra cheese. A member of staff came up totally ignored us and walked away eventually someone else came up and took us to our table where drinks were ordered, it took nearly half an hour before anyone decided to come and take our food order i would have understood if they were busy but they weren't. We visited Prezzo this evening for our anniversary. We booked in advance and I made sure to put on the booking that we were celebrating a anniversary, however this did not seem to make any difference at all. It would have been nice if some effort was made in this area, especially when booking the website asked if we were celebrating. It seems point the website asking if the staff do not acknowledge it. We were greeted at the door however it was not a warm welcome. We were offer a small table and I requested a different table as I did not want to be right next to the toilets. The food came quickly.
