Not good chicken.. Batter tasted like the bottom of the oven

Left out half of our order, replaces all the wings with nuggets without telling us

They don't read the comments I put down for my Oder they just ignore you and do what they like Speisekarte ansehen

The idea to serve a wrap instead of a bun was perfect. Much easier to handle the food and much cleaner. Keep it as it is better. Thanks.

The chicken was so overcooked yet actually cold so not a great sign. The fries were also cold. The only edible part was the chicken nuggets meal as I assume that was cooked fresh.

Chicken wings were pink and undercooked. You could see red liquid which I presume is blood coming from the meat. Absolutely absymal and disgusting. I will never order from this place again. Speisekarte ansehen

Absolutely AWFUL! Rang to complain about the poor quality food and they hung up twice! Ended up ringing just eat who were helpful and refunded us. Would never ever use that takeaway again. Arrogant staff and disgusting food that no one would want to eat.

The driver called me 3 times and I guided him still he couldn't find my address and due to that the food came cold also the food was given some instruction like well done kebab and did not come like that. The driver kept on blaming me as he couldn't find my address. I will never order from them it was my first time and will be my last time.

not only did my food arrive over 45 minutes late, it was stone cold! When I said I didn’t want it as it was not edible it was cold the man just stood there laughing at me. Shouldn’t have rised to him but I did start shouting as how discussed I was that he found it so funny. He also turned up in a cab. Took photos of him the man in the cab along with license plate made a complaint to just eat as they would not reimburse me Speisekarte ansehen
