My artichoke soup was delicious and could not be faulted imaginative with olives and parmesan cheese; the chicken liver parfait was pleasant but a bit cloying and came with a large slab of toasted brioche just the one and two thinner piece would have been more delicate, plus there was a lack of sweet jelly or even a spring of watercress. They are good, but if they believe in themselves much more, they will become unbearable. I will go bak but I hope to see an improvement in attitude."
