"Lo bueno, local muy limpio, mesas, barra, aseos y correcta y profesional atención del señor (entiendo que es el dueño) de la barra. Desconozco porque no ponen en Cuellar aperitivo con la bebida, aunque sean unas aceitunas, en este local no ponen nada y la verdad sorprende en una población de Segovia. La carta es enorme, pizzas, raciones, ensaladas, hamburguesas, bocadillos, montados, baguetinas, platos combinados, platos de pasta, rondan las 100 ofertas, esto evidentemente al ser una exageración hace que la calidad se vea afectada negativamente, en cocina supongo que hay una persona que evidentemente no puede cocinar todo en el momento que se pide y se nota que mucho lo deben tener precocinado y no por ellos y luego lo pasan por el microondas, horno o freidora y lo sirven así. Lo bueno, las croquetas de jamón y los torreznos, lo mediocre la oreja guisada (imposible picar más) y lo malísimo el bocadillo de rabas, con un pan horroroso (no se porque no ponen el mismo que dan con los torreznos u oreja) de esos precocidos y mal acabados para ofrecer con unas rabas chiclosas, mal descongeladas y con un rebozado desagradable. Deberían de tener menos oferta y mejorar los platos que puedan hacer en el momento o que dominen como las croquetas de jamón"

"El servicio bueno aunque hoy en día solo sirve comida para llevar. Pero la materia prima es muy buena hablo de Cochinillo y Cordero hay que reservar el día anterior y así se hace el asado a fuego lento en horno de leña. Te lo sirve en bandeja no retornable a la hora indicada. Al modo tradicional cómodo y sencillo pero muy rico."

Poca variety, really, for what I expect from a “gastro bar”; but, without knowing how to qualify, perhaps correct and appropriate. Good wines; I in my line “syibarita”....; and although I have some of my preference..., I was pleased with a “Pago de Capellanes”... obviously...., great smile of pleasure in my face!!!.My idea was to “make something”.... we understand this concept. I am hungry, but not for dinner!!!. I asked for some anchovy toast and another of “cod carpccio”...; sad!; simple skewers for wine!!! We changed!! I asked for the “catxopo”..... sad even more...!!!; reheated and irrisory!.... I asked for the “ballets and ham”.....y...!!!! finally!! delicate taste, softness in the bechamel of a “croqueta made with affection” and, well DATE.A wine and the possible lidar logic of having a good glass of wine..., and that you can sell the bottle.... the croquettes... the atmosphere....... the wines................... your particular personality.... the “rest”....... when I pass by Cuéllar........ return!!!"
