And we ended up where our trajectory began, to close the circle. so perfectists are us. "we have gone my partner and I on the recommendation of richi (camarero di restaurant el charcon) that I also recommend to visit by the way. "Estas joyas, en un tirador, son casi siempre mostradas por personas que viven allí. Así fue mi experiencia. y fue muy bueno. un servicio muy completo, la carta es concreta y no demasiado extensa. la sección de carne es fabulosa y la ejecución de los platos muy bueno aunque no muy uniforme, es decir, hay platos ejecutados casi como michelina estrella y otros más “normales”. pero siempre a un alto nivel en todas las secciones. Es mejor ir con el tiempo para almorzar y disfrutar de una buena comida y caer de la tarde allí."
