We have lunch in this restaurant of the hotel mercury in a modern setting of good tone, reception and friendly service, several formulas of the day between 13 and 23 euros depending on the number of dishes (from 1 to 3 coffee included) , a good cuisine.

We went a little by chance to this restaurant (depends on the hotel mercury) at lunchtime. It's not the type of restaurant we're looking for, but why not try once. We were absolutely not disappointed. pleasant and professional welcome, quick service, well-presented and tasty dishes.

staying for one night at mercury, I chose to dine at the hotel's restaurant. even good reception and friendly service. the room is modern with enough space between the tables. I chose a coffee table and it's not very practical and comfortable to eat, installed in these chairs. I'll give you a "normal" table. I used a tuna steak that was on the menu of the day. roasted cooking at my request with its small juice in a verrine and another larger with a cocktail of vegetables. For dessert the "Paris-Brest" with chocolate, excellent. all accompanied by a glass of white alsace wine (sylvaner), perhaps not fresh enough. on the whole, a nice dinner.

there are restaurants that you choose and others that you suffer, the ô 29 was not chosen. arrived too late to put, we go down there because we are at the hotel and think we'll restore before sleeping. the moment was surprising and pleasant. the place first: modern, simple, without superfluous. the staff: serious, attentive, pleasant however we would have appreciated that the breakfast tables are not erected when we run, especially since the space allows to divide the room in two, but it is a detail. dishes: meat and fish are fine, products are of quality, cooking is just, delicious sauces and various and original accompaniments. at first, why a deposit of 100 euros when you present yourself at the reception in a 4-star hotel? Are we afraid that customers will leave with the furniture? Is this practice in all mercury hotels?
