"This beautiful little restaurant in Goult is a hidden gem. We were so happy we had made reservations. It is located on a small side street and we were able to eat outside last week. The experience was fantastic. The service was on-point, not too rushed or slow. The proprietor stays very busy with host duties and as wine sommelier, and spends a fair amount of time telling people there is no room at the restaurant for drop-ins, so make reservations. You'll be so happy that you did. The poulet with langoustines, zucchini flowers stuffed with mushrooms was delicious and cooked to perfection. My husband loved the free-range grilled veal chop with eggplant cannelloni with parmesan. The menu is limited but both entrees were some our favorite meals we had while traveling in Provence."

Delicious menu. A bit on the formal side for the area, but it is a great place for something special. Prices are also reasonable as the quality is 49 euros for three courses.

A pleasure! The dishes of great flavour and exemplary quality, a charming setting, a very friendly chef and a generous chef who loves his profession. Ein kulinarisches Kleinod in der Provence. Essen und Service sind exzeptionell! Die Speisen sind von ausgesuchter Qualität und in ihrer Komposition einzigartig. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen in diesem kleinen, Familien geführten Restaurant und bucht am besten schon für das nächste Mal, da das Restaurant jeden Abend komplett ausgebucht ist zu Recht! In der Bartavelle wird die Provence auf dem Teller serviert, alle Aromen dieses Landstrichs werden in jedem einzelnen Gericht vereint ohne gekünzelt daher zu kommen. Der Besuch in der Bartavelle ist ein Schmaus für Leib und Seele und daher unbedingt zu empfehlen!
