The dishes, more traditional, were very well made, no errors in cooking or seasoning, the sauces highlighting the meat well, and the effort of presentation always welcome. The wine advice was perfect, my glass of Corsican wine was even surprising and went wonderfully with my beef. We were able to taste only one dessert, because we had eaten well before, the chocolate cake was very good as well as the accompanying vanilla ice cream.
