Rio's Take Out, Newbury

I can say they make the best veg burgers in the town , it's a must try. With lots of options available in veg.

Used to be the best burger bar in Newbury, now its overpriced poor quality beef patty in a mediocre bun. £6.25 for a burger and £3 for chips. Be better going to a Weatherspoon's.

ITS BACK.. ,have not been to Rios for many years as quality went down hill. The new owners seem to have nailed it ,quality is very good ,everly thing is cooked fresh and is reasonably priced. Will I be back....well 3 times in 3 days says a lot.

Brilliant burger joint under new ownership. Really well cooked patties and a wide ranging menu that is executed well by friendly staff. People complaining about the price should realise this isn’t a McDonalds and uses good quality local meat. Only criticism would be that the floury bap doesn’t ‘grip’ the burger, a bit of toasting would be appreciated! Speisekarte ansehen

I revisited this restaurant and ordered the humty, which was absolutely delicious. The staff was fantastic, with a great sense of humor and very helpful to me and my family. I also tried the loaded Smokey fries which were superb. If you had a bad experience with the previous owners, trust the reviews and give this place a try - you won't be disappointed.

I ordered the chicken breast burger today and it was delicious. I also got a side of chips, which were also very good. The beast burger comes with bacon, chicken, or beef, along with a Cumberland sausage ring, and it's the best burger I've ever had. The staff at the restaurant were also very friendly, and I loved the smiley face on the box. I would give it a solid 10 out of 10.

I have been a customer at Rios since 1995. Unfortunately, the restaurant's quality declined under the previous owner who served cheap burgers and provided poor customer service. I am pleased to share that the new owners have restored Rios to its former high standard. The burgers are now of great quality and the service is excellent. I highly recommend Rios to all the former fans who had given up on it. It is definitely worth a visit now. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. - Steve S Speisekarte ansehen
