Mangiato pizza assaggiando un paio di speciali diverse. Una graditissima sorpresa: tutte davvero squisite. Ed ad esser onesti una sorpresa anche il conto: davvero onesto. Qualche euro in più rispetto ad altre parti ma francamente proprio ben spesi. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

la scelta delle pizze è ampia con combinazioni intriganti. ora per avventurarmi in esperimenti ho voluto provare la margherita nella pala e la parmigiana con pasta napoli. il primo era grande ma caro, 12 euro per un lattice a teolo avevo troppi, il secondo aveva troppo formaggio e non ho sentito il sapore di melanzane. il potenziale per cinque stelle è lì, ma devono ancora risolvere qualcosa.

Bel posto, secondo me,, peccato sia l'ultima stagione da quello che ci ha detto la titolare. Io preferisco prendere la pizza tradizionale, non la loro specialità l biga che trovo un po' costosa. La pizza ,ha un impasto veramente leggero e particolare e ingredienti di prima qualità! Siamo stati ieri notte per la prima volta! i camerieri gentili e molto attenti che non vi manca nulla. pizza gourmet è da provare! tt criticare il prezzo, ma x una volta che si può fare (conservare anche la pizza classica con pasta napoletana, le fette sono portate su un piatto a parte x dare valore al gusto) si sente la qualità di una buona pizza, ben cucinata e soprattutto digeribile senza avere notti insonni perché si deve salire a bere. . Se siete nella zona o volete mangiare una pizza signora che è gourmet o normale. La biga è il posto giusto.
