Robin Hood - Speisekarte

Took my folks to Robin Hood last night on a local recomendation. 85 year old mums birthday. I can't thank enough the 2 members of staff who looked after us and the manager (Jess i think)for their kind attention to all our needs. The food was delicious , the service without fault, cheery and jolly. Thank you.

A large group of us visited last weekend for a birthday and had a wonderful evening. We pre ordered a buffet and the team were very good communicating about a couple of allergies in our group. The private side room was perfect and we were able to decorate it and bring our own music. 10/10 we will be back for our next event.

older staff angry, young staff was jolly. i enjoyed to meal but some of the older staff made the environment a bit tedious. would love to see the younger staff again. a young lady with curly hair helped me and was very polite. i didn’t get the name as i was in a rush. the pub was nice and clean, the toilets were presentable. thanks to the young staff and thanks to the chef aswell i loved the food

The pub is lovely and cozy with nice decor. The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the service was slow. Our main courses took 95 minutes to arrive after we were seated. We had to track down a server to clear our starter plates after an hour, and later had to ask about our mains. The pub was quite busy, but that shouldn't excuse slow service. One small point to mention - we paid £7.50 for a sharing starter of duck croquettes, but were disappointed to receive only three. Hopefully, the service will be better next time.

For many years with frequented Enfield area found the Robin Hood to be in good comfortable surroundings good food and service. now, run down on entering dog smell, this time I visited after five years it is gone so down the food was terrible. The service was worse. We were the only people in restaurant apart from two others, with five members of staff, that must be doing anything, but cleaning the table and drink stains on it, as did the cutlery. Bad lunch bad service I can’t even describe what a salad was experience will not be returning.

I’ve visited this pub on several occasions, doggy daycare drag bingo, Elton John tribute and just for a few drinks and a bite to eat, lovely conservatory and large garden area, nice relaxed area with comfy chairs, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed all of my food on every occasion, the staff, young smiley and progressional, would love to mention the young lady who served us on our most recent visit ‘tia’ very cheerful and informative and was told the chef was called Becky that day! Piece of advice stick with the younger staff while visiting this venue, the elders seem angry lol

My local pub. I’ve lived the in the area for many years and seen it change hands numerous times. I ordered the summer salad, which was supposed to be lettuce, spinach, avocado, cucumber, spring onions, toasted seeds. I got some lettuce, few bit of spinach and one small cube of avocado. The waitress when informed, did not apologise but inspected my salad and pointed out the one piece of avocado. A bowl was then dumped on my table with a few slithers cucumber and a few cubes of avocado. No apology. No other missing ingredient you would expect for the price. Really disappointed. Really hoped it would be better, unfortunately the reputation it true.

I have been coming to this restaurant for more than 30 years, back when there was a separate dining room to the right of the bar and the servers wore white shirts and black bow ties. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing as the vegetables were overcooked and seemed to have been sitting under a heat lamp. The service was fine, but it seems that the kitchen is struggling to find and retain staff. The real issue lies with the brewery, as the menu is too large for the kitchen to keep up with and serve high-quality dishes. I suggest reducing the menu to ensure that dishes are cooked fresh and to a high standard, which would also benefit in cost savings, less waste, and happier customer...

Having attended a nice family event earlier in the year, I booked the Robin Hood for a special birthday celebration, 6 months in advance. Various emails were sent and phone calls had, regarding our requirements and plans for the day. When we arrived early as agreed, nothing had been set up, this was still the case 20 minutes before people were due to arrive. The person in charge was not helpful and was quite rude to me, on a number of occasions. There was not enough tables and chairs for 40 people, so we had to get some from the other areas when guests were there. We had to request the food and drinks table to be set up more than once and eventually had to clear the tables ourselves so that...
