"We were celebrating a birthday on the December . Number of people . The service was very slow we waited minuets after our order was taken . We were not kept informed about the delay . I had the vegetarian butternut squash risotto, tasted good but was not particularly hot as in the temperature, not the flavour. The rest of us ordered the beef, the pork , and the salmon . All edible but underwhelming. Desserts did not take as long to arrive . The baileys crème brûlÃe okay , very strong with Baileys. The pear crumble good . The Cookie dough was a cooked biscuit underwhelming again . Would we be in a rush to go back ? Probably not"

Lack of staff , waited a long time for our food . Mac and cheese stodgy not nice . Halloumi was lovely . Freezing and didnât realise til the end of the meal there is blankets , wasnât offered one , eating in my coat and hood wasnât fun . Overall okay

Excellent waiter service and attentive. Friendly and efficient I was disappointed that in these times I had to ask for a table that was metres away from other diners. Also, the reception and most of the waiting staff did not wear masks. That said it was an enjoyable meal with excellent views over Norwich

Sat outside in the cold, although heaters were provided. Quite a rowdy table nearby who didnt help our experience. Food itself was nice, service good, although things took a while. Quite expensive for what was provided, perhaps indoor seating would have made the entire experience that much better. But a lovely evening nonetheless and one of the better places to eat at in Norwich.
