We ate exceptional burgers that have nothing to do with the fast restoration common. very good service, very good atmosphere. We were very welcome. the perfectly cooked meat, the perfect hamburger as well, with melted cheese of very good quality, and homemade potatoes. all for a reasonable price. Bravo!

Used this place for a simple family dinner after seeing some reviews. When we got there they were still closed as they open at 19.00 however some locals were queuing so we decided to wait for it to open. Rosaparks is one of the best burger places in Troyes. It's not trying to be French cuisine, so just remember that before you choose to eat here. It's very popular, especially with students from the nearby university, so there is often a line out the door, but the wait is worth it. The design and atmosphere is cute and kitschy, and the serving sizes are very generous. If you want a burger, or American style food in Troyes, Rosaparks is the place to go.
