We were looking for another restaurant and walked into RossoVivo thinking it was where we were supposed to be. No worries. Lovely setting, staff and food (and about three blocks from where we were staying). Capressi salad, pasta caico y pepe, veal Marsala and veal limone, house white. Very busy, so lots of fun people watching in a non-touristy neighborhood.

Di' alle ragazze che tengono questo posto da anni? Grazie. se non gestisco uno dei primi nella zona che ha proposto un aperitivo che non era solo patatine e arachidi. è andato questa volta solo per un aperitivo, ma la cucina della signora merita di essere provato. molto popolare dai turisti anche dato la zona, ma in realtà non è un luogo dove un italiano non può mangiare. Arrivati da Torino in treno... Era tardi (erano le passate di settimana) stanchi morti..una mia amica romana di adozione ci consiglia questo posto .... Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, supplì e una Carbonara da Dio, cucinata dalla signora, credo la mamma della ragazza in sala! Siamo tornati il giorno dopo per un aperitivo lungo e una bottiglia di vino. Tutto ottimo! Bravi e simpatici !!!

Fantastic food, quiet away from tourist area. Food was great, Fresh beer on tap Fantastic wine Price was moderate but worth it. Meatballs are fantastic and the deserts are to die for. Only gave 4 starts as the meal was disturbed by a local seller who came in to try and sell us roses. We are having dinner and to have this in your face when had it all day was not pleasant. The restaurant owner and staff didn’t bat and eyelid, normal here but very very off-putting and ruined the evening somewhat.

We had a meal here our last day in Rome. My mum and I were visiting and our hotel was near this restaurant. I had penne arrabbiata and my mum had a steak. She usually has it cooked well done but it was towards the rare side and I believe we have a convert, she loved it and ate the vast majority of it despite it being a large portion for her. I had some of the potatoes that came with it despite being quite full from my pasta and they were absolutely amazing. Staff were lovely and food was absolutely amazing. Would definitely go back if I'm ever back in Rome. Speisekarte ansehen
