"So I went in and got served by a child of about 11 who took my order we paid went back to collect Went home to find we were given 2 fried rice. Well we ordered a 255. Plus other items. From the menu When...we took it back to complain were first of all we were asked for £2.50 more for for there mistake we were then accused of shouting at the child there daughter. We never shouted a child. As the mother came out as soon as I walked in and said my order was wrong This was in front of another customer aswell Order was changed but this has to be the worst customer service I have ever had as we were sat waiting for our fresh food. All we could here in the kitchen was shouting about 255. And fried rice Could not understand anything else as we don’t speak Chinese My leaving words were do not employ children My reply she is just helping me out I was still not happy with the service I received so phoned them to make a complaint and to check my other food was freshly cooked and not reheated I was told it was recooked and changed. But was then accused of shouting at a child once again and she was scared I explained i never shouted at a child and said maybe you should not employ children To be told once agin she is helping me out I said she served me, she took my money and gave me my order She is working for you At the end of the telephone conversation The owner said I will not let her serve again My reply is it doesn’t matter I won’t be returning. I would rather travel the extra 2 mins down the road to super wok. Who I have used for over 10 years and never had a problem with. Also there food and hygiene rating and customer service is excellent"

This is by far the best Chinese takeaway in Rugby. Crispy seaweed is amazing, great mock duck for vegetarians, cannot get enough of this place

First time for a delivery and it was fab. Really nice delivery bloke, hot! Food was good too. Always collected in the past but will defo get delivery again.

if they are looking for authentic Cantonese cuisine in rugby, ruby express is a must! the customer service is impeccable and eating is always hot and tasty this takeaway is one of my friends and families going to!

Went here because we were told the food was good tried other Chinese takeaways in the area so thought we would give it a try staff were very friendly and efficient and very polite well done young man on desk food was cooked quickly and...was very tasty only tried a beef curry and chips but was good . absolutely amazing Chinese takeaway and definitiw the best in rugby! I am gluten intolerant and they make sure that every time I order it is marked when it comes and is delicious. they also sent a menu along with my first delivery with all. the dishes that they can change to make gluten-free for me, so I would recommend many options that I choose for the next time!

I recently moved down to the Rugby area after 40 years of living in Liverpool. Liverpool knows how to do Chinese! So, we’ve struggled these past months trying to find somewhere half decent. The Ruby express is the best Chinese I have encountered to date....It’s not amazing. I would rate it as GOOD but certainly the best we have come across and we will order from here again. It was also bang on time.
