Called in here completely unplanned for a Sunday roast . Extremely busy , got a table upstairs. Lovely atmosphere , really great dinner and lovely friendly helpful staff . Would recommend

the food was here. I had the daily special steak, stylton and mushroom pie and a friend of mine had the smoked haddock! also for dessert birne and ingwer crumb .. the upper floor is really cozy. really recommended

no longer is it agitated, its bailey’s and a huge restaurant it is also. I had the buffalo steak in pfefferminz and it was delicious. I was with a party of thirteen and the service was efficient and the staff pleasant. Speisekarte ansehen

Food excellent and highly recommend it. We ate upstairs but found it difficult to talk because the music was on and the noise from bar below was loud. Waiter very attentive and helpful. Decor nice and seating comfortable. Will give it another try.

we booked a table at the top. we found the personal very pleasant and welcoming. that was delicious. it was Curry Night. the curry included a drink and was £8.50 we also ordered a warm makrelensalat, which was super delicious. the house can't blame!

What a pleasent surprise. Looking from the outside we weren't expecting this quality. We ate upstairs and everything was great cosy environment, nice staff and amazing food. This was the first restaurant I tried in Buxton and I was impressed. They had a great selection of wines and the atmosphere was perfect for a meal with friends or a casual drink. The layout was well-designed with two floors, making it a great spot for lunch, dinner, or just a quick drink. Highly recommend!

The restaurant offered excellent food, attentive service, and a lovely atmosphere in a charming building. The cocktail and charcuterie board were fantastic, with delicious meats and cheeses, sourdough bread, and other tasty accompaniments. The chef's creations were impressive, and the dessert selection was so good that it was difficult to choose just one. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.

had a nice Sunday dinner today, which would be hard to beat. can highly recommend it was delicious. beef tender as they would like, roast and maic carrots, yorkshire pud, carrots and swedes maic, brok, cauliflower cheese and red cabbage with correct gravy, generous plate of food and seasoned perfectly. very good value for £11.95. the waitress was beautiful and very attentive. thank you. beware for a pleasant experience..Didn do not have space for pudding! mn Speisekarte ansehen
