"I went specifically to try the dry aged meat Rubia Galega. My expectations were very high and the quality of their product was awesome. Cooked perfectly and they even let me inside the kitchen to show me the process and the cut of the meat. The service is very good, tables are very clean and well positioned. Very good wines. Fish and Vegs are also very good. The price is in line with the quality so I wouldn't say that it is expensive. Strongly suggested for business dinners as there are two private rooms."

Excellent dinner with attentive and lively service. The aged beef was fantastic as was the Basque cheesecake. A delicious meal my only feedback would be to offer more vegetables on the menu (seems to be a common issue in Madrid).
