I am writing this to let people know that we had booked a 4 person table months in advance and on the evening I called to check the time and according to the internet it was open. There was a message saying they are closed with no reason.

Visited Sahib with a group of 8, welcomed into the restaurant and looked after, the staff member really helped me sticky to my Slimming world plan, served me a generous tasty salad and gorgeous chicken pieces, Nothing was too much trouble, thank you.

simply excellent. we have often been in the spot and it was always excellent. they have high quality food and the taste is from this world and of course comes with a very friendly service. we would regain this restaurant without delay. well done sawib.

This place is great. I took my young daughters for their first Indian restaurant visit and the staff were brilliant. The restaurant was a little bit cold but they had not long opened. The food, as ever, was very good. Don't bother with the new spice lounge. They can't even be bothered to open on time. Sahib is the best.

This place has a lot of competition in Lymm village with its many restaurants but it constantly smashes it. The food is delicious -always. It’s in a magical little fairy-lit courtyard area surrounded by sandstone cliffs. The owner is friendly and kind and he even gave us a lift home when our taxi didn’t turn up. Absolutely top notch place. Would recommend it.

We headed back to Sahib during the brief hiatus from lockdown last year and I have been meaning to review since. The onion bhajis are out of this world, the Cham Cham is really some kind of witchcraft as it starts sweet with a heat building but never too hot. Had me sweating! Great, always a bit haphazard but that is part of the charm. No doubt this is the best Indian restaurant in Lymm, I just wish they delivered.
