During a lockdown walk, I sought out this spot for a coffee and brownie. Both were served promptly with friendly chat and I am sure the server was smilingly behind his mask! Outside, I tried the coffee, it was as good as ever. The brownie tasted fresh, soft and was yummy. A fab spot!

I have been twice sitting outside at Said. First time I had ice cream, it was very nice and intense flavour, second time I ordered medium dark chocolate and it was just ok.. I was actually expecting more for £5. I waited for too long for that cup of chocolate (they were not busy) and the staff were not friendly.

Considering I paid almost 8 quid for a cappuccino, an espresso and a mint tea I was expexting the quality to be top notch. Far from it! The espresso was quite bland and the capp extremely watery. Could have had the same at McDonalds for a third of the cost. Shame cause the place is actually quite homey and welcoming. Will not return.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service we received was utterly shocking. The assistant rudely marched my party and I off a free table despite it being empty. We asked for a takeaway, and we were told the wait wouldn’t be worth it this was from a member of staff?! They clearly don’t care about making any money, and their products are sub par. You’re better off heading to Pret to avoid their horrendous service.

I went to this place with my wife and a friend who came to visit us. We were served by a rude and uncultured guy with orange hair. It was horrible. While we were there, we saw 3 customers leave because of this guy's bad manners and because they were not attended to in a reasonable amount of time. We had a cake that was as hard as a rock. Everything was very expensive for truly terrible service. Never again. Hopefully, COVID-19 will close this place down.

This is my second time here and it's just as fantastic. This place has rustic wood fires which add an inviting ambience that can sometimes be missing from a London cafe (that are usually frozen cold). We didn't make a reservation, but the waiter very kindly accommodated us and was patient and laid-back. The chocolate itself is truly the best I have experienced and I am quite a connoisseur, I highly recommend the dripping hot chocolate with the 3 varieties on the side, you won't be disappointed!

SAID has the best thick hot chocolate that I have been longing for sice the close down Apostrophe in 2013.I truly love the Hazelnut Hot Chocolate with Tricolor Chocolate toppings. Drinking this gooey indulgence amidst the chilly December is a very soothing experience. The Staff Members working at SAID are very friendly and attentive to all customers, making every visit to satisfy my sweet tooth here very delightful. I am looking forward to trying their Gelato with Tricolor Chocolate toppings, as well as SAID's bakeries and Italian dishes, soon.

Omg, the hot chocolate was completely amazing, I had the regular and this was more than enough. My daughter had the chocolate cake which was very rich and massive, my daughter said it would be better if it was warmed (definitely one to share). My husband had a lovely carrot cake and I went for the Crepe which was Devine. I’m a huge chocolate fan and would highly recommend this cute little cafe. In these current tines as a family we felt very safe. It was not crowded and looked very clean. The staff member was very friendly and wore a mask and kept his distance.

The Said in Broadwick is tiny ... I don't think the main picture is a true representation of this branch. I was a little disappointed when I arrived. I expected the decor to be rustic but it was a little tired! We were seated immediately which was great as we had made a booking. The lentil soup was really tasty more of a broth than a soup.As expected the hot chocolate was amazing but the chocolate cake was very disappointing... it seemed to be from the fridge, the cake itself was not soft definitely not what we were expecting.
