This once energetic and vibrant restaurant now looks a shadow of itself in both product and people. The staff could and should put more pride in service and the food needs to improve particularly around presentation.

The restaurant is part of a hotel building so very well placed for a meal if you dont want to venture far. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We were given adequate time to look at the menu before someone came to take our order. Service was very quick and the food was lovely. The prices were good too. We did feel that the restaurant was very large and consequently although there were quite a few diners, it seemed a bit quiet, but this will suit a lot of people. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely use the restaurant again next time we are in London.

Communicating with Saikei Restaurant is straightforward and efficient, which is a crucial aspect often neglected by many Chinese restaurants. Additionally, the restrooms at Saikei are clean and spacious, a refreshing change that really impresses my friends and me, especially considering the cramped and less pleasant facilities we've encountered at other restaurants in Chinatown. The food here is delicious, and the service is excellent; the staff is friendly and accommodating. While there's always room for improvement, I genuinely can't think of any suggestions at this moment. I just hope Saikei continues to maintain its high standards. Speisekarte ansehen
