Ate there twice when visiting the hotel upstairs, ordered the same things on both occasions but charged 2 different prices. A few guests that night suffered on the throne as a result I’d avoid if I were you

Food was ok, but the customer facing staff need better training on customer interactions as they come across as very rude, it was not a present experience eating there as a result and my guess is that the employees think their behaviour is normal for hospitality venues.

my friend and I had a nice time here. service was good and eating was delicious. simple payment of the flat fee for parking, once in the restaurant and was reasonable price for the portions they receive. wonderful people. no frills eating, overall I recommend these stars Speisekarte ansehen

Waited 15 minutes to be seated. No host to be found anywhere. Tried to get the attention of the staff but was ignored. Turned out that a majority of the staff were eating on a table near the door. Tried to get their attention but also ignored. Left the restaurant without eating. Had to pay for parking for nothing.

visited friends for the first time for me. the place was full on a Sunday. the prices are cheaper than some other Chinese places for dimming sum. but the parking lot is of what I remember. also the restaurant is very down, with old dirty carpets and essentially a large room inside. I will not return. eating was average, not all Chinese classics.

we were paid for our food and service charge before we got it. we said that it would not be cooked if we had not paid for it first. my friend then found a rubber band in the lobster when he complained, he was asked if he had brought it there himself. that was too late. we were because it was a birthday booking and not that wanted to kill for our friend at night. report on this facility. eating and service is absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend it here. the employees are paragliding, rude and service is slow. they brought us the wrong food and then didn't give us everything we had originally ordered. the employees chat with each other and there is no customer support. this restaurant is not even mediocre. it was terrible. eating was bad. it looked like rest and there was no concern as it was presented. That's the last time we go there.

that must be the worst restaurant I was in the world. the surprising is that it is located in a holiday inn hotel. I took my dance with me when we saw a concert in the television and thought to take them somewhere nicer than the restaurants in the service was slow, but I would like to complain about the appalling service of the waitress that served us. first, she was very rude when she took our orders. she came back after minutes when all our food was served and tried to take our dishes awa yes while we still ate them. If I could I would give zero stars. Incredibly racist staff who ended up making my 9 year old niece cry at her own birthday dinner. After being forced to pay for all food upfront, we simply queried about the service charge then added to our additional drinks we wanted to pay for at the end. We still paid for this and as the waiter was getting our payment decided to tell us we would no longer be welcome there as the manager heard us talking about the service charge.
