"A highly recommended place. We really liked the food and the attention is unbeatable. To improve, 2 things (I will remove them when they answer me, and I will leave only the positive recommendation): 1) Calling themselves that, they should improve the recipe for Cacio e Pepe. The pasta is spectacular but the pecorino sauce is very little and lacks intensity of flavor. Also in Rome they put it on a nest of crunchy pecorino cheese. So I propose to improve it and make it a flagship dish. 2) It would greatly improve the environment if they had a ceiling system to muffle the noise of people talking , this is because of the screamers, hehehe, but as there are, there are solutions that greatly improve the environment."
