Santino's - Speisekarte

Relying solely on its previous reputation, this restaurant falls short in portions and quality. I recommend avoiding it and seeking better dining options elsewhere.

Last night, we ordered a chicken, donner, and mixed kebab with chips and garlic. All three of us thoroughly enjoyed it. The portions were generous and the food was excellent, as always.

Went for a standard midweek Mixed kebab dont normally go here and wont be going here again kebab was horrible Steak was like chewing Rubber and the chicken was OK, for me the best part of it was the salad cannot fault that well done! Speisekarte ansehen

Me and my partner ordered from the shop we stud for over 15 minutes before we were served be cause all the staff were busy with delivery's in the back of the shop and when we asked if anyone was serving at the front they were really nasty we'll not be going back in a hurry

Ordered a few times from here everytime one or two things missing from the order, kept complaining to the manager who said he would send the stuff out and never did, again this happened tonight which completely ruined the meal and the manager was arrogant on the phone, will not be returning! Robbing people!!!

I went to this pizza shop I had a awful time they made me feel so uncomfortable from the moment I walked in as a bigger woman when I placed my Oder they started to talk amongst them selfs and looks at me and my friend and starting laughing. Made me feel very self conscious and was not a nice feeling at all will not be visiting here again very poor customer service!!! Speisekarte ansehen

A take away for supper after a day at the Great North Run. Been before in 2018 in similar circumstances. Both times great food and plenty of it at a truly great price. Dough of the pizza light, good toppings, well cooked. 8 pizza adequate for 1. A donner kebab was more than generous, plenty for 2. Not a regular customer, but not disappointed with my 2 visits. Keep up the good work

This place used to be the best around for miles. I went recently for pizza chips. The pizza was okay, but the chips were over cooked and cold by the time I got home. They are cooking the chips with the pizza orders too soon, so the chips are done, but the pizza is still in the oven. I suggest ordering the pizza on its own, then on collection ordering the chips. Will avoid for quite some time.

I placed an order online through their website. My bill, including delivery and service charges, was £20.80. However, when the delivery person arrived, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional £7.80. I called the restaurant to explain that I did not owe any more money, but the manager insisted that I pay the extra amount. Eventually, he agreed to let me pay an extra £3, but I declined. I went over the items I had ordered and their prices to show that the total was correct. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this restaurant. Speisekarte ansehen
