Saray Sofrasi - Speisekarte

This restaurant in Gants Hill is truly one of a kind. The mixed grill, charcoal-grilled salmon, and seabass were the best I have ever had. Thank you, Harman, and I will definitely be back soon.

The Saray Sofrasi has been renamed as the Harman Turkish Restaurant and now features a new menu. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and appreciated the new decor which is up to a high standard.

Had the lambshank stew and the turkish coffee, followed with salad and turkish tea. Lambshank stew was very very salty; otherwise a good meal the bread/nan was fresh and the turkish coffee was brilliant. Also good selection of sauces. Speisekarte ansehen

Wondered into this place after not getting a table at Sahara Grill. Pleasantly surprised with the food especially on a busy Valentines evening. Ordered the full mixed platter, lamb pide, spinach pide and lahmachun. Will definitely come to visit again!

Stopped here to pick up some food on a long drive home. Lovely, friendly staff, who even offered me a cup of tea while I waited for my order. We had a mixed wrap and a lahmacun. It was hands down the best takeaway Turkish food we have ever eaten and the portions were really big, excellent value for money. We will be back! Thank you

This Turkish restaurant offers delicious grilled dishes that are particularly popular with families and groups of friends during dinner time. The bread is especially tasty, and there are also plenty of vegetarian options available. I recommend asking for the Tomato gravy on the side and adding it to your dish to enhance the flavors. When we went there we were told it's under new management it's the first time we went so can't provide comparison to last time but our experience was very pleasant. The food was really nice and reasonably priced, chicken and lamb really succulent and tender and the prawns and liver starters were yummy. Staff were very pleasant and I would definitely return.

This restaurant has recently been refurbished to a good standard. It is very clean with welcoming staff. We ordered a mixed platter for 2 for £23 to takeaway. The food was cooked fresh to order and while we waited we enjoyed a Turkish tea. When we got it home we were surprised at the amount of food we had been given and the great quality of it. I will definitely be going back next time we want takeaway.

I was very impressed and very pleased as it was our first visit. We decided to try it out as we live around the corner and every time we pass by, the delicious smell of the grilled meat makes you hungry. The service was fast and efficient; the food was out of this world, we chose the share platter for 5 people but started with a Turkish pizza with garlic sausage, probably the best pizza I have ever eaten in London. All ingredients were so fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend it as so far it's the best Turkish restaurant we tried since our holidays in Marmaris. The price are reasonable.
