eating was quite good, I think they tame the spicy level for the majority of dishes, so if they prefer to be authentic spicier, make sure that this is known. I've eaten a few times from here and I'd go back.

would have given five if that were personal. in the usual. 1 young could not stop running his hands through his lanky haare between playing on his handy. there was no atmosphere like almost empty, but many takeaways. eating was good (except the diffusing poppadome) when it finally arrived.

Hand dinner here as a foursome whilst on holiday in wales. Excellent service and staff food was lovely and overall cost was very good, would not hesitate to return and recommend. Ordered a takeaway for 4 people, collection time was perfect! Food still super hot when we got home. Great flavours and plenty to choose from. Take away from here was outstanding. Couldn't fault a single thing. The flavour is out of this world. We always have food from here to celebrate anything, with food this good I wish we could just celebrate Saturdays but don't think I could get away with that! really good Indian restaurant. simple decor, out of the inside koi pond, but clean and tiny. huge menu, huge portions too much, really. very good prices too. many takeaway collections and busy at 8 o'clock on Sunday. the staff that eats there at the end of the evening is always a good sign. free caberet during our visit by a woman who unfortunately said she was not drunk when more alcohol refused.

Service was horrendous really really slow. Just poorly managed chaos. Regulars just laughed and this is normal. This place is in a remote Welsh village and packed with people happily queing into the Street and putting up with the Mayhem to get there turn. I had the chef special Lamb shank. I have eaten in many Indian restaurants and travelled around India. I was with a friend from India who is in the UK on work. And we both agreed it is probably some of the best Indian food we have ever eaten. Just INCREDIBLE. It really should get 5 stars. But you can't ignore the food.

My recent dining experience at Shapla was nothing short of disappointing and frankly humiliating. It is evident that this establishment places a higher priority on their takeaway business rather than providing a satisfactory in-house dining experience. Upon arrival, we were ushered to a seemingly good table, which gave us a glimmer of hope for the evening ahead. However, this hope quickly faded as we sat there, seemingly invisible to the restaurant staff. No member of the restaurant team displayed any interest in taking our order or even acknowledging our presence.
