"was so on this meal after the reviews I had seen online, but could not be disappointed by the experience. it is a shame because eating itself, was not bad, it was the service that left this place down. arriving, we were not asked about booking, had to stop a waiter so that they took our order, our starters sat cold on another table until they realized that it was for us to forget about drink order and to close it, only 1 main course had to ask us that we had not had to ask it took another 15/20 minutes to come and there was no real excuse from the personal, they simply brushed it with a discount. it ruined the whole meal and felt all the time at the ransom, as I didn't know if I started my meal or wait for my partner to bury in front of it. my rarmen was pretty good to be fair, and so were my partners when it arrived, but the "bbq belly pork" he ordered on the side was stone cold. uncomfortable feeling, we paid and gone. usually I am with waiting times, wrong command etc. if properly recognized, but the lack of interest from the personal was bad"

Nice place, but really crowded and noice Therefore the Sservive was slow. Food was ok, but there are better rams /Japanese places available

The service was not very warm and welcoming, the food was OK, but definitely (and unfortunately) not the best (and not as good as other Shoryu in the city).

We found the QR code/app very efficient to order and pay! Because of the system, do not expect wait staff service. The staff is friendly and the ramen is delicious!!

food was delicious but background music was so loud it gave me a headache lol and the bill came up more expensive than expected. some drinks didn’t come and service was ok. overall a decent experience

We ordered two mains for lunch. One of us got our dish after a 30 min wait, the other turned up after 45 mins. I asked for a glass of tap water which didn't arrive. Terrible service and mediocre food. Avoid.

OUR TUBE WAS DISRUPTED SO WE WERE 30MINS LATE THERE WAS NO PHONE NUMBER FOR THE RESTAURANT TO INFORM THEM OR ASK FOR A LATER TABLE. WE TRIED FOR AGES. IN THE END WE GAVE UP. YOU NEED AN OPEN COMMUNICATION LOOP FOR RESTAURANTS IN A COMPLEX CITY LIKE LONDON

Underwhelming experience. The waitress/receptionist kept us waiting at the door for 5 minutes while she was charging/texting overall too engrossed on her phone (on the restaurant floor) to even bother noticing us. Once she had finished her texting marathon- only then did she seat us without so much as an apology for ignoring us at the door. The service was so poor considering there was only one other table of two in the restaurant. I would not return.

we choose this restaurant in shoreditch after we have discovered this brand in soho. so leave to return, but so disappointed after a few minutes. order very quickly because we knew what to order. we received the side before the drinks when it actually arrived for another table before us. my wife got her bowl and my came after 20 min, so that she already finished. I asked many times, but the answer was always “2min” ... yes at 10! the taste was terrible and a thought to end as usual with the 3 dishes of the sake and one dessert.
