a Japanese restaurant that offers small pan-skinned pins- Kushi-age a great care is brought to the development of each skewer and it feels fresh from each ingredient, oil quality, seasoning choice. at each bite, we appreciate the texture, flavor of the ingredient and then wedding with the sauce

a trip to the country of the sun rises beautiful experience: a menu around traditional skewers: foods are panicked but frying does not alter tastes and brings a delicious crunch. and to close the whole, a yuzu yogurt foam has to damn the service is at the country level: discreet and attentive (even if communication is a bit difficult with the staff who does not fully control French)

Pay attention to the head by entering assortments of small dishes. We could call it Japanese tapas unless it's a lot much more chic of course! It's great for a wedding anniversary or 50 years, for example, as it's pretty expensive, chic and intimate. Attention is very good but there is not a large amount to eat. It would be a shame not to be aware and to be disappointed by the quantity while it is so good!

This is a very nice address that I can only recommend. We are in a very beautiful place with exposed beams, the atmosphere is intimate and quiet, and we are right in the middle of Paris, yet it is really appreciable. The service is excellent, the waiters and kitchen staff all take great care of us. Regarding the dishes, we leave Shu with a full stomach, it's a great experience to live, we let ourselves be surprised by the chef and there is a fairly substantial selection of sake too. Shu is a beautiful restaurant to discover.
